My first challenging dog drove me to seek advice beyond the click-and-treat so called positive only trainers. I was lucky to find a mentor skilled in working sport dogs at the top levels, but also pet dogs. The training structure is the same- what works, works. I strive to build a clear and consistent communication between dog and owner. I also focus on off leash control, and dog sports including skijoring and schutzhund. I live life with my dogs as true companions, and strive to keep up to date on the best training methods. A good dog trainer is always learning.
